International Tax Manager

On behalf of our client, a dynamic international company, we are looking for an International Tax Manager to join their in-house tax team. This position offers the opportunity to work on complex tax matters within a globally present company, while benefiting from a human-scale work environment.

• Handle tax matters at both national and international levels.
• Oversee the Belgian tax return process and quarterly tax provisions review at the group level, in close collaboration with the controlling team.
• Ensure the implementation and monitoring of R&D tax incentives, ensuring compliance with related regulations.
• Coordinate the group’s transfer pricing process in collaboration with the finance department, prepare the required documentation, and ensure compliance with local legislation and international standards.
• Participate in corporate tax and transfer pricing audits at both the national and international level.
• Support various business-specific and ad-hoc tax projects.

• Master’s degree in Taxation
• 5 years of tax experience (preferably with experience in a large firm or corporate environment, ideally with an international focus).
• Strong knowledge of Belgian and international tax regulations.
• Proactive, with excellent interpersonal skills and a structured approach to work.
• Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; additional languages are a plus.
