Our partner is a fast-growing company active in the equipment sector for the pharmaceutical industry.

To support their growth, they are currently looking for a Sales Manager Europe.

• Integrate the dedicated task force of the group to define and execute an integrated sales and marketing strategy in Europe.
• Collaborate with the sales team to ensure efficient customer access and participation in relevant events (e.g., exhibitions, seminars).
• Collaborate with the dedicated Product Manager to ensure an optimal fit between customer expectations and product offerings.
• Collaborate with counterparts and the Marketing team to ensure consistency in communication across all brand touchpoints.

Education and experience :

• Relevant experience in industrial sales within the BioPharma (or similar) sector.
• Fluency in English (C1) is a must. Proficiency in German is an advantage.
• High school or university degree.

Personality :

• Dynamic, autonomous, flexible, capable of opening doors.
• Organized.
• Team player.
• "Hunter" rather than "farmer."
• Comfortable in a multicultural environment, willing to travel one-third of the time.
