Technical Client Support Manager - Real Estate Development

For one of our partners we are looking for a Technical Client Support Manager. 

Your responsibilities

• You will be responsible for supervising the construction of the residential property purchased by the client.
• You will ensure that the plan agreed with the Key Account Manager is adhered to and you will accompany the client through the various delivery stages. As the client's representative, you will ensure excellent after-sales service and ensure that any problems are resolved.
• You work closely with the team of professionals, including the Project Manager Build, the client supervisor and the Key Account Manager Residential. You will follow up unsold flats and ensure their execution and delivery.

• We are looking for a candidate with a background in construction, architecture or equivalent, and an excellent understanding of the technical aspects of residential buildings. A first experience in the real estate sector is desirable. Bilingualism NL/FR, good knowledge of English and knowledge of office software are required.
• You are customer-oriented, have good communication and consultation skills, are proactive and organised. You appreciate the details without losing sight of the big picture. You are independent and work well in a team.
