FUNCTIONAL CONSULTANT (WORKFORCE MANAGEMENT)

Job Description

We are actively seeking a Functional Consultant in Workforce Management to join a global leader in strategic HR planning and workforce management solutions.

With 50 years of expertise and partnerships across a variety of sectors, our client holds a leading international position in its field, with a strong focus on innovation, digital security, and flexibility.

Based in Dilbeek, you will work on Workforce Management software implementation projects across various industries (retail, healthcare, public services, aviation). You will provide both technical and functional support to clients and ensure that the solutions align with their operational and strategic objectives.

Duties

  • Analyze and optimize existing processes related to workforce planning, time registration, and productivity management
  • Collaborate with HR, IT, and operational teams to define functional requirements
  • Translate business needs into technical and functional specifications
  • Implement and configure Workforce Management (WFM) software in collaboration with project managers and technical teams
  • Train users and provide post-deployment support
  • Proactively advise clients with a view toward continuous improvement
  • Stay informed about market trends and relevant innovations

Skills & Knowledge

  • University degree (Bachelor’s or Master’s), with a strong interest in IT and Human Resources
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in implementing Workforce Management or HRIS solutions, as well as in functional analysis
  • Strong project management skills and experience in end-to-end client support
  • Excellent command of Dutch and English; knowledge of French is considered an additional asset
  • Demonstrated leadership, interpersonal ease, and ability to engage effectively with stakeholders (HR, IT, operational teams)
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills
