Your Role

As a Prevention Advisor, you are the go-to person for health, safety and well-being within the organisation. You work cross-functionally with all teams to build a safe, healthy and compliant working environment.

Your Responsibilities

Prevention & Safety

• Identify and assess occupational risks across the different sites
• Develop and lead awareness campaigns to reduce workplace accidents
• Design and deliver internal safety training sessions
• Write, update and maintain procedures and reference documents
• Keep the risk matrix up to date and drive the annual action plan
• Roll out and evaluate the company's prevention policy

Coordination & Governance

• Chair the Committee for Prevention and Protection at Work (CPPW)
• Prepare the annual report and the global action plan

Audits & Continuous Improvement

• Lead internal audits and guide teams throughout the process

People Management

• Coach and develop the members of your team

• Bachelor's degree, supplemented by a Prevention Advisor Level 1 or 2 certificate
• Fully fluent in French and Dutch
• Hands-on experience in a production/manufacturing environment is a must
• Solid knowledge of quality audits (ISO 9001 or equivalent)
• Strong communicator, able to influence and bring people on board
• Results-driven, with a good sense of cost awareness and process optimisation
• Willing to travel between multiple sites in the region (Hainaut / West Flanders)
