IT Manufacturing Technology Engineer

• Provide daily support for networks, servers, workstations, applications, industrial data centers, camera systems, telephony, and security.
• Coordinate incidents, act as technical expert, and manage escalations proactively.
• Represent the global IT team on local production sites, collaborating with international teams and external vendors.
• Ensure compliance with IT standards, documentation, and operational continuity.
• Balance priorities across stakeholders while working autonomously.

Votre profil

• Experience supporting IT infrastructure, systems, and applications, ideally with OT exposure.
• Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Background in incident management, escalations, and root cause analysis.
• Knowledge of ITSM and change management principles.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience in manufacturing, food & beverage, or other industrial sectors is a plus.
