Our client, a fast-growing international advisory firm, is looking for a Manager – Personal Income Tax Compliance. This is a unique opportunity to step into a leadership role, manage a talented team, and act as a trusted advisor for both Belgian and cross-border clients.

• Lead and coach a motivated team of tax professionals.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring top-quality delivery.
• Manage and review personal income tax returns and complex calculations.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accountancy/Tax, Law, or Economics.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in personal income tax compliance (Belgian and cross-border).
• Excellent organizational and client management skills in Dutch, French, and English.
• Proactive, hands-on leader with a collaborative mindset.
