In this diverse role, you’ll support both the financial and administrative operations of the site. You’ll work closely with the Finance Manager and collaborate with colleagues in both the office and production areas.

Accounting Support:

• Process and verify incoming and outgoing invoices
• Monitor payments, financial transactions, and bank operations
• Enter general cost invoices and check them against purchase orders
• Handle inquiries and payment reminders from customers and suppliers
• Assist with monthly and annual closings

HR & Administration:

• Coordinate temporary staffing needs and manage onboarding logistics
• Ensure proper equipment is arranged for new employees (lockers, clothing, tools)
• Review time tracking records and follow up on discrepancies
• Manage the reception desk, incoming and outgoing mail
• Order office and meeting supplies for staff and visitors

• You are precise, proactive, and thrive on structure
• You’re proficient with MS Office and quick to learn new systems
• You have basic knowledge of accounting (including VAT)
• You communicate clearly and professionally
• Experience with time tracking and working with temp agencies is a plus
