Qualifications:

• Engineering or Architectural degree, or equivalent by professional experience.
• Extensive experience in managing building projects, particularly greenfield projects.
• Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in project management or technical roles within an industrial and B2B setting.
• Strong commercial and communication skills.
• Affinity with sustainability and future-oriented building practices.
• Proficiency in French, Dutch, and English languages.
• Knowledge of the laboratory or knowledge-intensive sectors is advantageous.
