Our client is a well-established distributor of technical equipment serving tertiary-sector construction and renovation projects. Due to a planned retirement, they are looking to appoint a new Sales Manager to lead and structure their commercial team.
As Sales Manager, you will take the lead of a team of 7 people (6 Account Managers and 1 Inside Sales). Your core responsibility will be to bring structure, strategic vision, and a strong performance culture to the team. You will shift the team’s focus toward a hunter mindset and help them grow into high-performing sales professionals.
