SALES MANAGER - lead your team of 10 technical sales !

For our client, an international company specialising in the manufacture of electrotechnical equipment, we are looking for a Sales Manager.

The offices are located on the outskirts of Brussels (very easy to get to).

The company employs around twenty people and generates annual sales of over €25 million.

The working atmosphere is excellent and the company's reputation is second to none!

• Be part of the decision-making committee
• Manage and coach a sales team (10 people)
• Handle the 2 major accounts in collaboration with the KAM
• Monitor market trends and developments
• Supporting and analysing your team's effectiveness
• Define and monitor objectives in collaboration with management

• You have a relevant bachelor's degree
• You are trilingual: NL - FR - ENG
• You have at least two year's experience in team management
• You have initial sales experience in a company selling equipment on a B2B basis
• You have the skills to be a good mentor and leader

For this opportunity, we are offering you a permanent contract with a very competitive salary package:
