Our client, a leading food manufacturing group, is looking for a Buyer to manage relationships with partner farmers. You will oversee agricultural product sourcing, price negotiations, and supply planning.
Le poste
- Support farmers in their role as quality suppliers and act as a professional advisor on crop guidance.
- Negotiate prices, purchasing terms, and contracts.
- Report using a computerized database and share responsibility for supply planning.
- Balance work between internal office tasks and field visits to growers.
Votre profil
- Degree in agriculture, horticulture, or equivalent experience.
- Sound knowledge of the agricultural sector and relevant commercial experience.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with a commercial mindset.
- Well organized and comfortable working with administrative tools and software.
- Fluent in Dutch with a good command of English.
