Our client, a major food manufacturing company, is looking for an Agronomist Engineer to develop and manage partnerships with growers. You will act as the key contact to secure high-quality supply through field visits, advisory, and negotiations.
Le poste
- Maintain relationships with existing growers and actively develop new partnerships.
- Advise farmers on crop monitoring and support them in becoming reliable suppliers.
- Negotiate prices and contracts.
- Log follow-up data in digital systems and contribute to supply planning.
- Split time between office administration and on-site farm visits.
Votre profil
- Degree in agriculture or horticulture, or equivalent practical experience.
- Knowledge of the agricultural world with experience or interest in purchasing and sales.
- Strong communication skills and commercial mindset.
- Well organized and comfortable with administrative software.
- Fluency in Dutch is essential; proficiency in French is an asset.
