• Act as the key point of contact for the partner farmers network.
• Support farmers in their role as quality suppliers and provide professional crop guidance.
• Negotiate prices, purchasing terms, and commercial contracts.
• Report using a computerized database and share responsibility for supply planning.
• Split work between internal administrative follow-ups and on-site field visits.

Votre profil

• Higher education degree in agriculture, horticulture, or equivalent experience.
• Knowledge of the agricultural sector with relevant commercial or sales experience.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Well organized, commercially minded, and proficient with administrative software.
• Fluency in Dutch with a good command of English.
