Le poste

• Maintain relationships with existing growers and actively develop new partnerships.
• Advise farmers on crop monitoring and support them in being reliable, quality-focused suppliers.
• Negotiate prices and contracts.
• Log follow-up in a digital system and contribute to supply planning.
• Split time between office work (phone follow-up, administration) and farm visits in the field.

Votre profil

• Strong communicator who builds rapport easily.
• Solid knowledge of the agricultural sector, with a relevant degree (agriculture/horticulture) or equivalent hands-on experience.
• Well organized with a commercial mindset and comfortable with administrative software.
• Fluency in Dutch is essential; knowledge of French is a strong asset.
